Not bad for a chain restaurant - they did a really nice job on the place. Comfy atmosphere and tons of HD screens for watching the hockey game! Plenty of TAVAR and the black halter tops on the bartending girls worked for us as well.
Beer - they ran out of Guinness and their delivery didn’t come through so we were forced to substitute Caffery’s as the only other import on tap. Not necessarily their fault, but that dropped the score a few points, otherwise they could have earned a rating up in the 70’s.
Wings - not bad, but far below the BHON standard. We ordered the Blazing Hot, which came with a very tasty BBQ sauce that was indeed ’Blazing Hot’, however the wings were quite small and a little overcooked for our liking, then glopped with a sticky mess of sauce. At $18 for 16 wings they were certainly way overpriced for what was delivered.
Overall - quite a nice place and probably worthy of another visit for lunch or dinner, but not really a place to go just for wings. There are certainly far better wings to be had elsewhere at a much lower cost. |
