Overall -
What can we say, membership has it privileges.
Our first outing to Club Belvedere proved to be something great. Wings were nice sized and properly cooked. There are quite the selection of wing sauces to choose from as well. The BHON favourite were the lightly dusted Reaper Wings with a good bite and plenty of taste. The Buffalo wings were good, standard Frank’s and butter sauce. The Belvedere wings were also decent though a little too sweet for my taste.
Guinness was to be had, which is always good. Can’s only but that’s all fine with us. They even brought in Guinness 0 for those of us that require it.
The best part was the price. Under $10 for a pound of wings? Under $8 for Guinness? Unheard of these days. The advantage of a members club? Possibly but I believe that anyone can walk off the street and order the wings, especially on their wing nite.
Overall, it was a great night. Nobody left hungry or thirsty. Company was great. A good time for all.
Will we go back? You bet your ass we will! |
