As the month of February concluded in Vatican City, Pope Benedict XVI stepped down as the 265th Pope of the Catholic Church. Given the recent scandals and controversy surrounding the coverups of sexual abuse among the clergy, the Catholic Church has decided to break with tradition and attempt to come up with a way to appeal to a ’hipper, younger audience’. Instead of a conclave of cardinals, they’ve teamed up with hollywood in an attempt to try and remain relevant in a new era. Casting to begin in cities across the globe in the coming months!
