Menstrual Cycle Linkes to Attractiveness - Study

A recent study conducted by the University of Wisconsin has revealed an interesting link between a woman's menstrual cycle and the perceived attractiveness of her potential male partners.

The Wisconsin study showed that the kind of male a woman finds attractive can differ greatly depending on the varying hormonal and chemical levels that occur during different phases of her menstrual cycle.

For instance, during ovulation, a woman is more likely to be attracted to men with more rugged and masculine features. This is thought to be due to a woman's subconscious desire to seek a partner of appropriate fertility to ensure conception.

While menstruating, the exact opposite was found to be true. During this phase of her menstrual cycle, a woman is more likely to be impressed by a man with scissors through his temple and a bat shoved up his ass.

Researchers are still theorizing their scientific reasoning for the latter.
